30-day refund of your last payment
If you are not happy with a paid plan, ask for a refund within 30 days of your most recent payment. We refund that payment in full, whether it was a monthly or a yearly payment. You do not have to give a reason.
Earlier payments are not refunded. The refund covers the last payment only.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from an address of your office, and tell us the office name or the receipt. You can also ask Paddle, our reseller, directly: use the link in your receipt email or paddle.net.
What happens next
- We confirm the refund and Paddle returns the money to the card or account you paid with. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Your plan ends when the refund is made, and your office moves to the Free plan.
- On the Free plan nothing is stored. Download the signed documents you want to keep before you ask for the refund.
Cancelling
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed. Cancelling on its own does not refund a payment; ask for a refund as described above.
Your rights by law
SimpleSign365 is sold to businesses. If you are nonetheless a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from your first purchase; our 30-day refund includes that period. This policy does not limit any other rights you have under the law where you live.
Who processes payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your receipt and any refund come from Paddle. See also the Paddle refund policy and our terms.
