Contact us and we will set up a plan for your office. Everything in Business, for as many senders as you need.
The monthly documents are shared across the office. Documents sent from the app and through the API count together. When a plan's documents for the month are used up, sending pauses until the next month or until you move to a larger plan. Signers never pay. On the Free plan the signed PDF is emailed to everyone and deleted within 24 hours.

Questions about plans
What counts as a document?
One file sent for signature, with as many signers as you need. It is counted when you send it, whether from the app or through the API, and it completes as one signed PDF. The Free plan includes 100 documents a month; paid plans include more, shared across the office.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 60 days of your last payment and we refund that payment in full, monthly or yearly, no reason needed. See the refund policy.
What if we need more documents than our plan includes?
Move up a plan, or contact us if Business is not enough. The monthly documents are shared across everyone in the office, and sends from the app and through the API count together.
Do you charge per sender?
No. Each plan has one flat price for up to a number of senders: 1 on Solo, 3 on Team, 10 on Office and 25 on Business. People who only sign never pay, and never need an account.
What is the SimpleSign365 note on the Free plan?
A short "Sent with SimpleSign365" line in the signing emails and on the signing page. Paid plans remove it and show your logo instead.
Is anything stored on the Free plan?
No. The signed PDF is emailed to everyone and deleted within 24 hours. Paid plans keep signed documents until you delete them, in the EU or the US, whichever your office picked when it signed up.
Is the price the same in EUR?
Yes, the same number: $6 a month is also 6 EUR a month, and $72 a year is 72 EUR a year.
Is there an API?
Yes, on every paid plan (Solo, Team, Office and Business). The Free plan has no API. See the developer page.
